MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES

PRICED BY TIME

I charge by the length of your session, not the type of massage. You will never need to choose or pay extra for different techniques — every session is fully customized to your goals and what your body needs that day.

60 Minute Therapeutic Medi-cupping Massage

$95

A focused, therapeutic session perfect for addressing 1–2 primary areas of concern or providing overall relaxation if you’re short on time.
In this hour, I can incorporate a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, and Medi-cupping to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation. Ideal if you need targeted relief for areas like the neck and shoulders, lower back, or legs.

90 Minute Therapeutic Medi-cupping Massage

$140

The most popular choice, this extended session allows for a more thorough, full-body treatment with extra time to address specific problem areas.
In 90 minutes, I can blend relaxation techniques with deeper therapeutic work and Medi-cupping therapy to release chronic tension, break up fascial restrictions, and support lymphatic flow. You’ll leave feeling deeply rejuvenated, with improved mobility and lasting relief.

2 Hour Therapeutic Medi-cupping Massage

$190

A comprehensive, unrushed experience designed for full-body work combined with in-depth focus on multiple areas needing extra attention.
This 120-minute session is ideal if you have chronic pain, multiple areas of tightness, or simply want the ultimate restorative treatment. I will integrate all available modalities, including Medi-cupping, to systematically release muscle tension, improve circulation, and restore balance. This is the best option if you want maximum therapeutic benefit and time to fully unwind.

During your massage, I may incorporate a combination of approaches, including:

  • Swedish Massage for relaxation and stress relief

  • Myofascial Release to ease tightness in the connective tissues

  • Neuromuscular Therapy to address trigger points and chronic discomfort

  • Deep Tissue Techniques to work deeper layers of muscle and fascia

  • Craniosacral and Lymphatic Fusion These two systems work together. The Craniosacral and Lymphatic systems nourish, cleanse, and drain wastes out of the tissues creating a healthier environment – a healthier you! Craniosacral Therapy will aid in releasing those deeply held painful body tensions as well as assist the somato-emotional process to promote stress reduction, reducing anxiety and promoting better health. Manual Lymphatic Drainage will move and circulate the important lymphatic fluids, both systems compliment and work with each other.

I also include Medi-cupping Therapy as part of my treatments. Medi-cupping uses suction (negative pressure) rather than compression for bodywork, ranging from myofascial release to lymphatic drainage — and everything in between. Cupping rapidly facilitates soft tissue release, loosens toxins, and lifts connective tissues. This process helps break up and drain stagnation while increasing blood and lymph flow to skin and muscles in ways not possible with traditional massage techniques.

All of these modalities are available to you within your reserved time. Simply choose the session length that fits your schedule, and I’ll tailor your treatment to help you feel your best.

How does Medicupping impact "solid bloat?"

Solid bloat is the layers of accumulation of stagnant lymph, blood, and debris. It is often caused by inflammation which leads to dehydration of the tissues and the inability of the lymphatic system to eliminate the debris. Stagnation may be found in muscles, skin layers, and connective tissue. Blood stagnation is often caused by micro-tears in compromised soft tissue, old injuries or surgeries, and even being sedentary or bedridden for an extended period of time due to illness.  Cellulite is often stagnant lymph and debris that represents a lifetime accumulation of old medications, anesthesia, synthetic chemicals from our foods, smoke or other inhaled contaminants, and cellular wastes. All of this stored material will aggravate the immune system and liver, leading to more inflammation, and the cycle continues.

Vacuum dredging of the muscle tissues and organs allows for blood supply and nutrition to reach the cells, and old wastes to be purged.

Medi-cupping is a comfortable and effective way to remove debris from sites of strain, sprain, or other injury/surgery to facilitate full range of motion. It is a valuable tool to support detoxification protocols and is an incredibly successful way to assist those who are losing weight (including post-bariatric surgery), or releasing their dependence on alcohol and other substances.
